When: Tuesday February 24th.pmcd

Where: Richmond Olympic Oval

Time: Arrive 6:00 to sign in, get a number and for session orientation. Sessions start at 7:00. We have the floor and batting cage space until 9:30. We do not expect to go that late if we finish early we can run drills for those who want to stay until the end.

What: baseball appropriate clothes, helmet, water bottle and gym shoes. NO cleats!

The primary drills being evaluated are. Batting, infield ground balls, Long throw.

See you there.

Here is a great resource on understanding the nature of overuse injuries in baseball,

especially for pitchers. A lot of these issues do not apply to our league because of our very limited season but some do.

Santa’s Visit to Dunbar Park

More than 120 kids stopped by to see Santa on Sunday and receive a new Dunbar Little League baseball and candy. What a great gift for Christmas – BASEBALL! And remember, every registration completed before Christmas has a chance to win one of five custom DLL hoodies.
