Dunbar is excited to host two tournaments on the May (31-23) long weekend. Both of these tournaments are to be held at the main Memorial field’s. The full concession will be open so be prepared for your best ball park burger or hot dog.
Stong’s Tournament
The Majors Division is hosting the Ralph Stong’s Memorial Tournament at the majors diamond (Currie Field). There will be teams form Jericho LL, Kerrisdale LL, Little Mountain LL and Hastings LL along with Dunbar Teams. Last year was the first year Dunbar won this trophy, we have been too polite hosts, I am sure there will be great competition this year for the cup.
Minor B Tournament
This year is our second year of the Minor B tournament for 7 and 8 year olds. Last years tournament was a great success and fun for all the participants. The final last year was between two Dunbar teams. That result will be difficult to repeat with the strong leagues in District 1.
