The Dunbar 11’s had a good showing at the competitive Highlands Tournament. The opened with a convincing 16-2 win over Lynn Valley with Stuart Shim getting the starting win on the mound. Carson Thornley hit a 2 run shot that was not in question from the moment it left his bat. After a tough loss 12-5 against a strong Whalley team they came back to beat the host Highlands 9-0. In a playoff for third on the final day of the tournament against Jericho the team rallied hard to overcome a substantial deficit and tied the game late where the game ended in the rain. Things look promising for the next tournament in Whistler.
