If you are interesting in having your player considered for the 8’s Selects team to play in the May Long Weekend Tournament (May 21 – 23), please sign up your player here.
- Players must be born between Sept. 1, 2013 and Aug. 31, 2014 in order to be eligible
- Deadline for signing up is Friday, April 22 at midnight (no exceptions).
- DLL will be submitting one or two teams depending on interest and coach availability.
- The team(s) will be selected via an Independent Selection Committee (which does not include proposed 8’s Selects coaches) using the following criteria:
- Data submitted by all regular season head coaches
- Independent selection committee members will attend regular season house games and evaluate all players who have signed up
- The Selection Committee will meet and discuss the evaluation data and vote on the team
