2024 DLL Hit-A-Thon Details:

• Each player that raises at least $50 will get 3 hits and an entry to the grand prize raffle at closing ceremonies
• Players will receive an extra two hits if they raise $150 or more (total of 5 hits max)
• Furthest hit by distance, in each division (boy and girl)  wins a prize
• All hits will be off a tee with tennis balls Tball, and baseballs for the older divisions.

When:

• Hit-A-Thon is taking place, Sunday May 5th 2024 immediately after each team has their team photo at both Memorial West diamonds
• There will be a D.J at the park all day to keep the hitters going and a small give away after they finish hitting!

Fundraising:

• Select your team and clink “Join the Team’.
• Fill in your players info and your e-mail address.
• The campaign target may be set to anything.
• Click “Join”
• You will receive your player’s fundraising link by email
• Share this link with family and friends and instruct them to click “Donate” button.
• Donations will automatically be credited to the individual player and their team.

Raise $250 – DLL Drawstring Bag & Water Bottle

Raise $400 – DLL Hoodie, Drawstring Bag and Water Bottle

Top DLL fundraiser wins a PlayStation 5 package with MLB the Show 2024

The remaining top 5 fundraisers will be entered into a draw for the Hitter’s Package (your choice of high end bat and batting gloves from The Sports Exchange valued at $500!)

All draws and prizes will be distributed at closing ceremonies, June 15, 2024

Longest Hit Prizes:

Tball Jr. and Sr. – $50 Gift Card to The Sports Exchange for each boy/girl in division

Mini Minor A and B – $75 Gift Card to The Sports Exchange for each boy/girl in division

Minors, Majors B and Majors A  -$100 Gift Card to The Sports Exchange for each boy/girl in division
